Opportunity Details

There is an excellent opportunity for a BE/BC Pulmonologist / Critical Care physician to join a hospital-based practice in Ottumwa, Iowa. The position would include a combination of an outpatient pulmonary care practice and management of an 8-bed ICU. This candidate would also serve as the Medical Director of Intensive Care. There will be an e-ICU model in place for backup and assistance with call coverage. Call is 1:3. The hospital also has a 24/7 Hospitalist Program that will assist with critical care patients. Candidates with a Pulmonology and Critical Care Fellowship are preferred. There is also an opportunity to practice Sleep Medicine.
